Introduction of members |
Each member introduced themselves, giving a small description of the NP work they do as well as where they are from and how long they have been with the organization. |

Fund Balance. |
Fund balance was provided by treasurer A. Parks. Fund totals from both the Edward Jones account and the NPNPA account were provided. |

PAC Donation |
Three tiers option for donations: 1st $1, 050. 00 2nd: $550.00 3rd: 300.00
H. Warren asked about how the organization receives funds. It was discussed that some funds are from fundraising in the past, as well as from yearly dues.
It was discussed that the highest tier of $1, 050 would be possible with the current funds, and that full support for the conference would be great |
Motion to make a donation of $1, 050.00 for PAC conference made by E. Farbotnik

Basket Donation for PAC Conference |
J. Roussos will go around Erie Area and collect local goodies, and collectibles to create a basket for donation. J. Roussos will spend under $500 and be reimbursed by A. Parks, Treasurer when receipts are presented. |

PCNP Board Report |
T. Huey Reported that there was discussion about full practice authority .The Senate is in the process of changing the wording for full practice authority. Our current local member numbers are 92 |

Recruiting New Members/ Encouraging others to return |
Before the next meeting, every member that was present at the meeting will talk to 3 NP in the area and encourage them to come to the meetings or to join the organization. It was discussed at the next meeting that we will connect old members or members that are not active participants to come to the meetings. |

Schedule for the 2024-2025 Year |
Came up with a calendar of days for the years meetings, and the town in which the meetings will be held.
Nov 2nd: Franklin @ noon Dec 11th: Meadville 6pm Jan 11th: Erie @ noon Feb 12th : Meadville@6pm March 8th: Franklin @ noon April 9th: Erie @ 6pm May 17th: Cambridge Springs Brewing@ noon June 18th: Erie @ 6pm |
A. Parks will reach out to V. Bocan about having the archivist speak at one of these dates. T. Huey will book Bella’s in Franklin for the Nov and March meeting. A. Parks will speak to L. Wassel about finding locations for other meetings. |
